		<description>At the office I worked at over the summer there was a running joke about a woman at the other location who would always hit &quot;Reply all&quot; whenever a congratulatory e-mail was sent around.  Everyone would stop what they were doing and wait for it. 

I agree with you that reply all should be harder to access.  I used to get the icon for forwarding confused with replying, because they both pictured the message with an arrow pointing away from it.  Luckily the consequences of doing that are not as disastrous as replying to all could be.</description>

		<description>I think this is a good idea. In my own personal experience, mass emails are rarely relevant to much of the &quot;mass&quot;. So that when people start replying-all, I get a lot of junk in my inbox. I have also had very embarrasing close-calls from other people using reply-all on emails directed to me!</description>
